PaperEntry technology is an AI-based data extraction software that enables organizations to automate their manual data entry process. Data can be extracted from emails and shared folders, and APIs can be used to integrate them. Data is integrated into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or TMS (Transport Management System), or AP (Accounts Payable) systems once the data has been extracted, validated and converted if needed.

Based on logical page boundries, a multipage document can be splitted into separate individual documents. (Example: If a pdf file contains both an invoice and a packing list in oe document, it can be divided into two separate individual documents)

Extracted data from emails and shared folders are read and transferred to a downstream software (often a TMS/ERP connector) after the structure of information has been comprehended and recognized by the AI.

Handwritten texts, Printed texts, and machine fonts (Example: MICR fonts used in checks) can be recognized by our OCR technology that employs cutting-edge algorithms.
PageEntry PageCropper
Cropping numerous images on a single file or document into distinct ones is possible. (Example: a single file/document with five check images, they can be cropped out to create five different check images)
