The company serves a wide range of customers, offering high-quality products for residential buildings, commercial premises, and public works.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.utilize.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/alumil-300x119.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2809 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/119;\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.utilize.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/alumil-300x119.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2809\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenges Faced by Alumil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alumil&nbsp;<\/strong>faced several challenges in the processes of order and document management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Different languages and order structures<\/strong>: Alumil receives Purchase Orders (P.O.) from 20 different international customers across various countries, which means that orders are in different languages and structures. This made the order entry process extremely time-consuming and prone to errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order complexity<\/strong>: Each P.O. includes a product list with the requested specifications (material, color, length, etc.) as well as product quantities. While this information is often available in Alumil\u2019s information system, there are cases where the specifications are derived from the P.O.
